What items do you sell in your shop?
Currently, we sell Kpop albums, DVDs, official goods, posters, magazines and official lightsticks. We also sell Kdrama items (DVDs, books, official MD), and Kpop fan-sites merch.
What fan-site merchandise are you selling?
We currently accept PH group orders of slogans, blankets, cheering kits, season’s greetings, stickers and more from fan-sites of the following Kpop groups: BTS, NCT, BLACKPINK, Red Velvet, TWICE and Stray Kids.
Do the albums count in Hanteo and Circle charts (I want to show my support to my faves!)?
Yes, all albums are counted in both Hanteo and Circle charts! We also indicate if the product is counted to non-Korean charts such as Oricon or Billboard.
When can I expect to receive my order invoice?
You should receive your Order Invoice and Payment Confirmation not later than 48 hours after placing an order. Please contact us immediately if you didn’t receive such after 48 hours.
Until when can I order and settle my payment?
Cut-off of orders is every 25th of the month. You will pay for your orders upfront either in full or in partial.
What are your accepted payment method?
We accept payment through PayPal and major credit and debit cards; through e-wallet or bank transfer via Gcash, BPI, Unionbank, Maya, ShopeePay and Palawan Express/PalawanPay.
Can I pay the downpayment on the Checkout page using my PayPal/credit/debit card?
No. The Checkout page calculates the total amount of all your orders which means you have to pay in full if you’re using the Checkout page. If you only want to settle a downpayment, you may use the Order Form.
I would like to pay in full but not using my PayPal or credit cards through the Checkout page. What should I do?
You can still pay in full using the Order Form.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit cards on your shop?
All online payments are 100% secure and all information shared to process the order is encrypted by SSL. To verify that SSL is protecting a page, look for a URL beginning with https://, instead of http://, and a grey, closed padlock icon.
Do you offer fast ETA? I honestly can’t wait for my orders to arrive in 3 weeks!
Yes we do, but only for new releases! If we receive orders for one specific new album with over 100 quantities, we will place the order on the first day of the product’s official preorder and the ETA will be shorter. Depending on the volume of sales, we dismiss the required quantity and still push through with Fast ETA. You will also receive the pre-order benefits.
All preorders coming from the USA are automatically under Fast ETA, since they’re shipped out via Air Cargo.
Do you offer discounts?
We occasionally offer discounts to frequent buyers who have an order history worth 15,000php in total. Must be a frequent buyer (discount’s amount and frequency will be upon the store’s discretion.)
Do you offer promotions?
We may run promotions from time to time. You may check the items on sale in the meantime.
Does my order include freebies?
Yes! We include our own freebies in all orders.
Do you have a ‘waitlist’ option for out-of-stock items?
Yes. You can leave your email address in the ‘Waitlist’ field so you can be notified once the item restocks.
Do you sell on-hand items?
Yes we do. We will reserve the item to you for 2 days, otherwise, it will be cancelled and be made available to the next potential buyer.
Can I cancel my order?
Submitting an order through the G Order Form or checking out the items from the cart means that the orders are final, hence, cancellation is not allowed. Also, once the down payment is settled, you can no longer cancel your order. You can only add or change your existing orders.
Do you accept ‘Pasabuy’?
Yes! Details are posted on www.dumberstudios.com/pasabuy.
Do you sell items/merchandise (DVDs, CDs or albums) from US/Japan?
We host group preorder for US and Japan exclusive releases from time to time, but not consistently on a monthly basis. We also have Mercari Pasabuy!
SHIPPING
How long does it take for the orders to arrive in the Philippines?
ETA is 4-5 weeks upon shipment from South Korea via sea cargo. Consolidating/packing of orders in our warehouse in Seoul might take up 8 to 10 days depending on the availability of our staff. Holidays, sea cargo schedule, port congestion, and customs clearance can also delay the shipment. Always manage your expectations.
How can I track my pre-order status?
Once you settled your down payment, we will give you an access to a file where you can track your orders’ status.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do!
How much is the local shipping fee?
Shipping fee will be computed depending on the buyer’s shipping address (the one on the website is the default fee for Metro Manila only), the weight, size and quantity of your final order. We also take fragility into consideration for some items and adjust the shipping cost accordingly.
How long does it take for JRS, LBC and GGX to ship my order?
Shipping to Metro Manila takes 1-2 business days and about a week to Visayas and Mindanao.
Can I combine all my separate orders into one shipment?
Yes, combined shipping is possible. Please email us the order numbers you want to combine with your preferred shipping courier at shop@dumberstudios.com.
Do you honour COD (Cash on delivery)?
No. All items are for pre-order from South Korea, Japan or the US, hence, we do not accommodate COD.
Can I have my orders delivered through GrabExpress or Lalamove?
Yes. The buyer will be the one to pay the courier with the delivery fee in cash. The shipping fee will reflect as 0 in the checkout page.
RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
What is your return/exchange policy?
We have a ‘No return, No exchange’ policy. All items in the site are either pre-ordered from South Korea, Japan and the US; or fully paid to fan-sites abroad (for fan-site merchandise).
Lightstick are purchased directly from official stores, so any factory defects or dissatisfaction towards the item is beyond our control.
For albums, DVDs and CDs, all items are official, original and sealed. Since these items are only available for pre-order from South Korea, returns and exchange are not honoured.
What’s your refund policy?
We will only provide a refund if your paid orders are (1) declared out-of-stock (2) damaged inside the box upon receipt in our warehouse in Seoul and during the shipping from South Korea to PH only.
